Due to sanitary reasons and the custom nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry items. Each piece is crafted upon receiving your order, and for both the craft process and sanitary considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Order Cancellations
We have a no cancellation policy, and all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment team to begin processing. As a small team, processing cancellations would delay shipping for all our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please be aware that all our items are crafted on-demand, using the highest quality materials, including 14k gold, sterling silver, and vermeil. Once an order has been accepted, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests after 24 hours. 14K Gold Items
Due to the time, effort, and resources required to craft our 14K gold items, all sales of 14K gold pieces are final. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items. We take great pride in the craftsmanship of these high-quality, on-demand creations and appreciate your understanding.
Return Eligibility for Apparel and Necklaces/Chains

Domestic Returns: For apparel items and necklaces/chains supplied to us, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and the customer covers the shipping cost of $11.99 and a 15% restocking fee.
