Solicitud de joyería personalizadaEverything was fine. It takes some weeks to the delivery. Would be nice to have a state after "order placed" like "item in crafting". The pendand looks very well! I love it!
Hi Patrick, thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled you love the pendant. Your feedback about order updates is appreciated — we'll consider adding more tracking details in the future. Enjoy your beautiful piece!
Amazing ring good quality, it’s just I ordered the antique one and received the regular silver one. Otherwise good product
Solid Stainless steel chain, for what it is- it’s good quality.
Hi Ricardo, thank you for your kind words! We're glad you’re happy with your chain's quality. Enjoy wearing it!
Highly detailed, and outstanding quality are understatements for the high quality work done to make the Blades come to life.
Absolutely love the pendent.
Hi Ricardo! We're thrilled to hear you loved the Crossed Chaos Blades Pendant and appreciated the craftsmanship. Thanks so much for your kind words!
The pendant does not look like the photo. The description of the size is correct, but the photo makes the pendant look much bigger. The quality is poor. For $109 USD, I expected better quality. The pendant had the feel of a soda can tab. I was so disappointed. It is definitely not .925 sterling steel. The company knows they're selling you trash because they charge a 20% restocking fee. No reputable company in the US does that.
Hi Adriana,
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your pendant. We understand expectations can vary when viewing product photos online, which is why we list the size details on the product page so customers can review the dimensions before ordering.
To clarify, our pieces are crafted in 925 sterling silver unless otherwise stated. We stand behind the material listed for the item.
Because our jewelry is made to order and not kept as ready-made stock, approved returns are subject to our return policy, including return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. This policy is listed on our website before purchase.
We have already reached out to you directly to review the return process and requested photos of the full order so we can verify the condition and contents before approving the return. Once we receive the requested information, we’ll continue assisting you through the proper return steps.
