Absolutely beautiful

The website has an enormous range of jewellery to choose from, and they all look amazing. I ordered the Flamel pendant from my favorite anime Fullmetal Alchemist, and it turned out really beautiful. Though it came with a little bend the customer service wrote me back on a Sunday within about 5 minutes and helped me. They were extremely friendly. 10/10 would definetely recommend, and I will definetely buy here again.

Crooked Flamel *UPDATED*

Everything looks good except for the top of the Flamel which I noticed was crooked right away. I wouldn't usually write a bad review but I paid a decent amount for the pendant. It could have been damaged in shipping but it was packaged very well so I doubt this is the case.

UPDATE: I sent an email to customer service and they responded very fast. They offered to send a full replacement for free or a complementary chain.
