Item is very nice and well made but it was very hard to get ahold of the seller it took two months to arrive and the one time they responded to me they did not give me any info essentially overall item was good customer service from the seller was very poor

During the holiday season our made-to-order pieces typically take about 2–3 weeks for crafting, and this year we also experienced additional delays with carriers. We notified customers about these extended crafting and shipping times back in early November, but it’s clear that your experience with updates from us fell short of what it should be.
