I ordered the ring on February 12th, with an expected delivery date of March 6th. On March 14th I requested an update on the status of the ring. The Kaiworks team were very prompt in their responses but kept telling me that the package was delivered to USPS and that I just had to wait for them to process it and ship it to me. April 4th came and went, with the same excuse that it is with USPS and to wait for them to process the packages. I was expecting the ring to be delivered quickly, but after weeks of waiting, I was now in the process of moving and needed to change the delivery address. Kaiworks was unable to help me change the address, and the ring was delivered after my moveout date which made retrieving it difficult. Final delivery was on April 27th. Again, the ring arrived and looks excellent, and the quick responses from the Kaiworks team were appreciated, however the delivery time was very disappointing. More communication on the delays would have helped prevent the issues with my move.

Its mint but could of included the cord that goes round it in the anime not a chain like a thin black cord luckily I have one from another necklace

The Akatsuki pendant is 10/10 in terms of quality. I always get compliments from people when I wear it. My first necklace got stolen and I had to buy another one.
My only complaint is shipping almost took 6 weeks. Otherwise, Iām happy with the pendant.
