Returns and Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on jewelry items due to sanitary and custom crafting reasons. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at info@kaiworksnyc.com, and we’ll work to resolve it.

Order Cancellations
All sales are final, and we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. Since each piece is made to order, cancellations would delay processing for all customers.

14K Gold Items
Due to the resources and craftsmanship involved, all sales of 14K gold items are final. There are no returns or exchanges on these items.

Apparel and Necklaces/Chains
For apparel and necklaces/chains supplied to us, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving the item, as long as it’s unworn and in its original condition. We only accept returns for U.S. domestic orders. International orders are not eligible for returns, but we’re happy to assist with any issues.
